Technical SEO, on-page, programmatic SEO (5-50K pages), link building, content marketing.
Full-scope SEO built around four pillars: technical audit, on-page work, programmatic content at scale, and link building backed by clean schema markup. We run this system on our own properties first, including a programmatic build of 329 industry landing pages, so the approach comes from operating the infrastructure rather than reading about it. Every recommendation is prioritized by what actually moves rankings and revenue.
| Technical SEO Audit | Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, indexability, sitemaps, robots.txt, hreflang, canonicals and redirect chain cleanup |
| On-Page SEO | Title, meta and H1 hierarchy, internal linking, anchor text optimization, semantic keyword density |
| Programmatic SEO | 5-50K pages generated automatically (sector x city x use-case), CMS integration, batch content generation |
| Link Building | HARO outreach, guest posts, broken link recovery, parasite SEO, niche directory placement |
| Schema Markup | Organization, LocalBusiness, FAQ, Product, Review and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD |
| Content Marketing | Topical authority clusters, AI-assisted content with human editors, competitor content gap analysis |

Ahrefs/Semrush keyword universe, intent classification, difficulty filtering, content gap matrix.
URL structure, internal linking strategy, hub-and-spoke topical clusters, breadcrumb design.
50-200 programmatic articles per month plus 4-10 cornerstone pieces. AI draft, human editor, fact check.
HARO, guest posts, niche directories, podcast appearances, partner backlinks. Quality over quantity.
Monthly GSC reporting, rank tracking in Ahrefs/Semrush, traffic and conversion analysis, sprint-based priorities.

Fixed monthly management fee by starting investment (200–800 $), plus 4–11 % of monthly net sales. Marketplace-only sellers pay a flat TRY model instead. Low-margin categories are charged at half these rates. Ad budget, setups, new websites and US company formation are billed separately.
Not if every page carries unique value. Our own 329 industry landing pages each have a distinct category, content set and CTA, and Google does not treat them as thin content. The failure mode is templated pages with nothing new on them, which is a content problem rather than a programmatic one.
Technical fixes: 2-8 weeks. Content ranking: 3-6 months. Cornerstone content: 6-12 months. Programmatic pages typically break out at 4-8 months once indexing catches up.
White-hat only: HARO, guest posts and niche directories. No PBNs, no link farms. Anything else carries a real risk of a manual penalty, and recovering from one costs more than the links were ever worth.
AI content is not penalized for being AI-generated. Low-value content is. Our workflow pairs AI-assisted drafting with human editing and a uniqueness check, which keeps the output on the right side of that line.
