Delaware LLC, USPTO trademark, FDA/CE/MoCRA certification, 3PL logistics and Eximbank support — a full export operation.
The operation that takes a Turkish brand into global markets: a Delaware LLC, a Mercury business account, a USPTO trademark, the sector certification your category requires, US and EU 3PL partners, and the Eximbank incentives most exporters never claim. Nothing here is theoretical — The Barber Supplier and Beauty Bien LLC are companies we run ourselves, through the same steps, with the same paperwork and the same customs and tax obligations.

Fixed monthly management fee by starting investment (200–800 $), plus 4–11 % of monthly net sales. Marketplace-only sellers pay a flat TRY model instead. Low-margin categories are charged at half these rates. Ad budget, setups, new websites and US company formation are billed separately.
No. The whole process runs remotely. Company formation, banking, trademark filing and certification are all handled online, and we have done it repeatedly from Turkey for our own companies.
A single-member Delaware LLC is a disregarded entity for US federal tax purposes, so the income flows to your personal return. Turkey and the United States have a double taxation treaty, so the same income is not taxed twice. State-level filings and franchise tax still apply, and sales tax is handled separately.
Sales tax in the US is set at state level, typically 5-10%. After the Wayfair v South Dakota ruling, remote sellers cross an economic nexus threshold in each state based on sales volume or transaction count. Once you cross it, you must register, collect and file in that state, so it has to be tracked state by state.
No. A USPTO registered trademark on the Principal Register is required. There is an IP Accelerator program that lets you enroll with a pending application, but it costs considerably more.
Company formation, Mercury, USPTO filing, Registered Agent and basic compliance come to roughly $2-4K. Certification is the variable: budget an additional $5-50K depending on the category, since a cosmetics MoCRA submission and an AS9100 audit are not in the same league.
