Turkal Partners is an e-commerce, digital marketing and e-export agency based in Denizli, Turkey, with people in Istanbul, Houston and Toronto. We run store operations, advertising and cross-border sales for a small portfolio of brands. Over the last three years those brands did more than $4 million in sales.
The company is based in Denizli, a manufacturing city in western Turkey, with people in Istanbul, Houston and Toronto. That is not a list of sales offices. Denizli is where the operation runs and where much of Turkey's textile and home goods production sits. Houston and Toronto are where the North American entities, payment accounts and warehousing get handled, and where the working day overlaps with a US client's afternoon. If you are selling into North America from Turkey, both ends of that line need somebody in them.
There is no layer of account managers relaying messages to a production floor. The people who write the campaign structure are the people you talk to, and they are in the ad account, the Seller Central login and the Shopify admin the same week you are. That caps how many brands we can take at once, which is the honest reason we work with a small portfolio rather than a long client list. It also means nobody quotes you a number they have not seen themselves.
E-commerce operations, advertising and e-export are sold as three separate industries, and most agencies pick one. We run all three, because for the brands we work with they are a single job. Choosing a market, forming the entity, getting payments and 3PL infrastructure up, launching the catalogue, then buying traffic to it: a break anywhere in that sequence stops the whole thing. Splitting the sequence across a consultant, an accountant and a media buyer is how most first attempts at exporting quietly stall.
Our pricing is published rather than hidden behind a quote request, and the engagement terms sit on the same page. There is a minimum, and we ask what starting capital a brand has set aside before taking the work, because advertising a product into a new market with no budget behind the inventory helps nobody. If the margin is thin enough that no amount of media buying will make it work, we would rather say so on the first call than three months in.
